Sorry you can't
I forgot if they aren't on your side of the router, you will only receive the MAC addy of the default gateway, because you are actually ARPing through the router. Peace, BROM

Re: netbiosys
NetBiosys is just a win32 Gui for script kiddies, do it properly yourself from a command prompt by typingnbtstat -a ipaddressThats all the program does really anyway

Re: netbiosys
Actually, if you use an IP you should use -A [capital a]. use -a if you're using a hostname.I didn't think it made a difference 'til I read the help prompt.

Re: netbiosys

Re: netbiosys
I got a Host Not Found [or similar] when I used lowercase with IP... Bleh, trust MS programmers to not think logically...

a bizarre error msg
I realize that the biosys prog is just a front end using the nbtstat command, the reason I wanted to use it though is that when I run that command I get an error reading drive d msg. I have been trying to troubleshoot my system to figure out what is causing this error but I am not in luck. thanks for the response though
